Inspired by the silhouette of a .308 cartridge, this handcrafted serving board pairs warm natural maple with translucent amber resin for a statement piece that's just as much art as it is serving board.
A long center section of maple forms the body of the design, showcasing the wood's natural grain and subtle color variations. Hand-poured amber resin creates the cartridge-inspired silhouette around it, with a touch of shimmer that catches the light without overwhelming the natural wood.
At approximately 24 inches long, the elongated shape makes it especially fun for serving cheeses, cured meats, crackers, appetizers and small bites. Rubber feet elevate the board slightly from the tabletop and give it a substantial, finished presentation.
The wood is conditioned and protected with Happy Wood Butter, helping enhance the maple's natural color and grain while providing a food-friendly finish.
Because every piece of maple has its own grain and every resin pour develops differently, this is a one-of-a-kind handcrafted piece.
